More and more often, Doréma is being asked if they can help with setting up tents properly at the campsite. Campers of an older age or those with a more elaborate frame sometimes have trouble putting up the tent properly. This is where the Services Team comes in!
This is how it works!
Service staff are ready to put up Doréma awnings. They come to the campsite and only leave when the awning is built up perfect to your satisfaction. A sleek awning not only looks better, but it is also better for the awning so that you can enjoy it for longer.
Doréma’s Service Team is particularly suitable for:
- Campers with seasonal pitches;
- Campers of advanced age;
- Campers with an extended tent frame (such as the ONYX 270 or Royal 350 Deluxe).

Besides helping to set up tents for customers, the service staff are also involved in other activities, namely:
- Taking care of the building up and dismantling of tents, mainly in the
Netherlands and Germany, but sometimes also in other European countries; - Taking care of the correct set-up of the buses, transporting and returning the equipment and checking it for quality and completeness;
- Always leaving customers or exhibition site to Sunshine quality standards and customer or dealer satisfaction;
- Supporting various (logistic) jobs in consultation.
